Bus/ Van Safety Rules

• Arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to pick up time- Vehicles are not permitted to wait- this causes other passengers to be late or the vehicle to be late to other stops
• If riding a van be ready 5 minutes prior to pick up time- Vehicles are not permitted to wait- this causes other passengers to be late or the vehicle to be late to other stops
• If riding a van all passengers MUST WEAR A SEAT BELT AT ALL TIMES
• Always keep hands and head inside the window
• Always use an inside voice and keep your hands to yourself
• Never throw objects from the bus or van
• Keep aisles open, free of book bags, athletic bags, equipment, etc.
• Keep the bus/ van clean-no littering
• No walking around while bus/ van is in motion-stay in your seat; facing forward and out of the aisle
• Eating, drinking, and tobacco use is prohibited- including vaping
• No touching or tampering with any vehicle safety equipment
• Cell phone usage is not permitted for picture or video taking
• No Bullying -respect one another!
• Inappropriate language and profanity are strictly prohibited
• No music playing without head phones
